Identity, date and conditions come first
We record the exact model or trim, source publication date when available, check date for undated pages, measurement endpoint, test conditions and evidence status. We prefer manufacturer documents for manufacturer claims and named measurement providers for independent timing.
Different evidence, different meaning
A manufacturer claim describes what the company says. An unveil demo records a presentation result. An independently measured result needs a named verifier and conditions. “Not confirmed” is an open question, never a zero or an estimate.
Unknown values stay unknown
We do not fill missing prices with deposits, transfer historical claims to new models or infer a complete flight envelope from a demonstration. A missing value is not zero. Our comparison tool is a sourced snapshot, not an exhaustive vehicle database.
AI assistance and human limitations
AI assisted the initial extraction, drafting and implementation. The launch notes use an automatic transcript supplied by the site owner. We checked trim and reservation distinctions against official pages, but have not performed physical vehicle tests or a complete frame-by-frame audit.
Corrections and update history
Make changes traceable
Material source changes will receive a dated entry in the update log. A correction request should identify the URL, disputed figure and a primary source. The site editor’s public developer profile identifies the operator. Please include a primary source when reporting a correction.
Commercial and media policy
Clear separation from manufacturers
We do not sell vehicles, take deposits or provide an official reservation list. Official checkout links lead directly to Tesla. At launch, the site has no paid sponsorships or affiliate relationships. Any future material commercial relationship will be disclosed beside the relevant content.
Original graphics
Our diagrams and exported comparison cards are original work. They illustrate the analysis and are not manufacturer engineering drawings. The illustrated video summary and homepage use selected stills and chapter excerpts from the owner-supplied unveiling recording. They are credited to the Tesla unveiling and accompany editorial explanation. Rights remain with the respective owners; no general reuse license is implied.
Privacy
A small, browser-based tool
This site has no login, newsletter form, advertising scripts or analytics trackers at launch. Vehicle selections are encoded in the share URL. Copying and card generation happen in your browser. We do not store a reservation or collect a payment. The hosting provider may process standard request logs for service operation.

Links to manufacturers, email and RSS readers follow their respective privacy practices. Following the RSS feed subscribes to Roadster Club updates in your chosen reader; it does not join any manufacturer’s mailing list.
